Meet Bob Nielsen creator of Magic!

 

Former Group President of the Estée Lauder Companies and Former Chairman and President of the Fashion and Designer Group at Revlon

Bob has had a long and successful career in the cosmetics industry, including three tours of duty at the Estée Lauder Companies and two at Revlon. He worked closely and personally with Estée Lauder and the Lauder family on the growth of iconic brands, including La Mer, Clinique, Prescriptives, Aramis, Jo Malone, Donna Karan and Tommy Hilfiger. (Just to name a few!)

At Revlon, Bob supervised the Ultima, Monteil, Ritz, Hugo Boss, Borghese, de Markoff, and Countess Isserlyn brands. Earlier as an EVP of Sales, he was responsible for all Revlon mass brands as well. Bob worked closely and personally with Charles Revson, founder of Revlon.

After retiring from the Estée Lauder Companies in 2001, Bob was named CEO of Cradle Holdings, consisting of Erno Laszlo, Penhaligons and L'Artisan Parfumeur.

Mr. Nielsen is highly regarded for his creative marketing skills and strategic vision, even more so for the mentorship and development of many successful cosmetic industry executives.
